DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT?

Defective or defective goods can be advertised at the point of sale where it was purchased or directly from the manufacturer of Xblitz. To expedite the process of claiming, you must provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem with the product. It is not necessary to deliver the product in the original packaging. If additional accessories are included in the set, they should also be returned to the service if their operation can affect the operation of the entire appliance.

The guarantee is granted for a period of 24 months from the date of sale of the product recorded on the guarantee card or on the sales document.


  The warranty is valid in Poland.

Disclosures during the warranty period will be removed free of charge by the Xblitz service.

In case of purchasing goods via the Internet, the customer (the advertiser) is obliged to submit a complaint by email at the service@xblitz.pl and after the RMA number, delivery of damaged equipment to the Authorized Service Provider at his own expense. Otherwise, it will report and deliver the product to the point of purchase where it was purchased. Repair information is provided at the place of complaint.

Any defects or damages of equipment disclosed and reported during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 21 working days, but in justified cases (import of spare parts from abroad), this period may be extended by another 30 days. Devices that have not been repaired within 3 months of service are excluded from service. In case of sending the product for repair, where there is no defect, the consumer will be charged at the cost of 100 PLN.

The advertised device must be shipped in the original or replacement packaging to ensure adequate protection for the transport.
The unit must be complete and all essential equipment should be included in the shipment. Some malfunctions may be caused by incorrect operation of individual components, failure to send the entire set will prevent a thorough verification of the malfunction. Complaints about incomplete devices may be rejected or suspended until the other items are delivered at the expense of the applicant.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping and consequent inadequate safeguarding of the contents of the shipment.

Advertised goods delivered after 12 o’clock are accepted for service the next working day.
